Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the general approach for TABOS subscription cancellations and refund requests.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by contacting info@tabos.net. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees cover access for the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
License, Setup, and Customization Fees
One-time license, setup, implementation, training, integration, or customization fees may be non-refundable once work has started or access has been provisioned.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should include the company name, invoice or payment reference, reason for the request, and contact details. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
