These terms govern access to and use of the TABOS website, software, and related services. By using TABOS, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate company and user information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that account access is limited to authorized users.

Subscriptions and Fees

Subscription fees, license fees, renewal fees, and any implementation or customization fees are shown on the website or agreed separately with the customer. Continued use of TABOS may depend on active payment status.

Monthly subscription fees cover hosted access and support. One-time license/setup fees are charged separately where applicable.

Provisioning

After purchase, TABOS access is provisioned within 1-2 business days. Customers receive login credentials and setup guidance by email.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the system, upload harmful content, or use TABOS in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Availability

We aim to keep TABOS available and reliable, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

TABOS software, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by TABOS or its licensors. Customers receive access to use the service, not ownership of the software.
